The Department of Health Services is working with counties and tribes across the state to expand Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) to all areas of Wisconsin.
All CCS programs go through a rigorous application and certification process, which includes reviews conducted by the Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (DMHSAS) and the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA). In short, step one is DMHSAS approval and step two is DQA certification. When these two steps are complete, the CCS program may begin to enroll individuals.
The map below shows the areas offering or developing CCS programming.
