Dementia Care System Redesign

The Department of Health Services is hosting five regional public meetings to share various accomplishments of the Dementia-Capable Wisconsin Initiative with an emphasis on the Wisconsin Dementia Care Guiding Principles. Local community partners have been invited to share with attendees how they are contributing to a Dementia-Capable Wisconsin.

We encourage your attendance in person or through the use of the live webcast (details are included with each venue location.) Each meeting will be staffed with an ASL interpreter, also viewable through the live webcast.
