During 2013-2014, stakeholders for both Emergency Medical Services and Trauma met to discuss issues regarding their respective systems. The following documents are the culmination of these stakeholder efforts to identify EMS and Trauma needs for Wisconsin.
Wisconsin continues to be dedicated to assuring that its citizens and visitors receive consistent, high-quality care within our borders. These documents help to focus on these critical needs and provide a basis for discussions about strengthening our systems to assure resources will be available when the need arises. These documents were written and endorsed by the Governor-appointed EMS Board and the Department of Health Services-appointed State Trauma Advisory Committee.
Questions about these documents should be directed to these boards.
