ACCESS has a new look!
On February 1, 2020, parts of the ACCESS website were updated to have a new, more modern look. Here's some information about the changes we made.
- The home page. The entire page was updated to look more modern, to make it easier for you to find the place you need to go in ACCESS, and to let you know about resources available to you.
- The top and bottom of each page. You can now click the logo to go to the home page and also find contact information and information about other resources.
- Some pages used by certain adults enrolled in BadgerCare Plus. These pages are for taking the BadgerCare Plus Health Survey or paying monthly premiums.
- The browsers you can use. The ACCESS website will now work best if you use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or the latest version of Microsoft Edge. You may notice some issues if you use Internet Explorer, Safari, or older versions of Microsoft Edge.
What didn't change?
Although some pages were updated, most ACCESS pages will continue to look and function the same at this time.
Why did we make these changes?
We want people to have a better experience when using the ACCESS website. We also wanted the look and feel of the ACCESS website to be more like the look and feel of the MyACCESS mobile app.
Can you get to the ACCESS website the same way?
Yes, you can still use "access.wisconsin.gov" or "access.wi.gov" to go to the ACCESS website.
Will we be making more changes?
Our goal is to make the entire ACCESS website more modern and easy to use. These changes are just a first step in doing that.
