The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has replaced DMS Numbered Memo 2017-CLTS-2, "Required Locally Controlled Funding Contributions to the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program," with this memo, "Program County Waiver Agency Maintenance of Effort Requirement."
