Collage depecting good health practicesThe lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community includes people from diverse backgrounds. Community members vary by race, ethnicity, age, income, and education. For some, sexual orientation or gender identity is central to their self-concept, while for others, this is not the case.
