At least 17 years of age, no substantially related arrest or conviction record, and current certification as a Wisconsin first responder, or evidence of the successful completion of he first 46 hours of a current EMT-basic training course provided by a WI approved training center, or evidence of a current EMT license issued by another state, and affiliated with an EMT basic licensed service.
