A person who wishes to obtain a license as part of a legal ambulance crew and/or provide services at the EMT-Basic level.

Any individual who is licensed to administer basic life support and to properly handle and transport sick, disabled or injured individuals.

Duration

All licenses expire on June 30 of even-numbered years regardless of the issue date.

At least 18 years of age and no substantially related arrests or convictions
