All licenses expire on June 30 of even-numbered years, regardless of the issue date.

Prerequisites

At least 18 years of age, current EMT-basic license, and no substantially related arrests or convictions.

Required Documentation

Documentation of successful completion of a EMT-intermediate technician course, current CPR for the professional, and successful completion of the Wisconsin written and practical intermediate technician examination.
