Wisconsin Heart Disease and Stroke AllianceThe Heart Disease and Stroke Alliance (“Alliance”) is a coalition of professional and healthcare associations, community organizations, and state and local government representatives who share a commitment to reducing heart disease and stroke in Wisconsin. With inspiration from the Wisconsin Plan for Heart Disease and Stroke 2010-2015 (PDF, 2 MB) and the Million Hearts Campaign (exit DHS), Alliance members collaborate on projects and policies to advance prevention, screening and treatment of heart disease and stroke. Meetings provide a forum to share epidemiological and performance data, updates from partners and resources for clinicians and patients. Between meetings, members participate in teleconferences for project committees and receive clinical and funding updates via the Alliance listserv.
