sponsored by the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA).
Update on DQA's Annual FOCUS Conference:
The Department of Health Services has determined that planning for the
annual joint provider - surveyor conference should be turned over to a
non-state entity.
Therefore, DQA will not be proceeding with plans for a conference in
2011. Your support and attendance at previous conferences has been
greatly appreciated.
