Wisconsin Tobacco Prevention and Control Program: N-O-T

Not on Tobacco (N-O-T) Youth Cessation Program

The N-O-T program is a school-based program focused on helping youth quit tobacco use.

The program demonstrated effectiveness in several state and national research studies and that success has been recreated in Wisconsin.

Led by the American Lung Association of Wisconsin, the N-O-T program partners with school and community organizations to offer youth and gender-specific counseling.

A statewide corps of N-O-T facilitators is being trained and finding ways to help youth quit.
