Children's Long-Term Support Waivers Third Party Administration (TPA) Claims Processing
The Department of Health Services (DHS) has contracted with a Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims
vendor to process the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver provider service claims and
collect appropriate claims report data, according to federal regulations. The selected TPA
vendor is the Wisconsin Physicians Service (WPS).

The Department implemented the statewide TPA process according to the schedule

Service Providers
DHS and WPS developed a web-based provider TPA training seminar which provides detailed
information regarding the TPA claims payment process.
