Construction/Remodeling Plan Review for Health Care Facilities: Plan Review Intake Status Report

The Plan Review Intake Status Report (PDF) allows plan review applicants to check the status of their application. All applicants receive a plan reference number from the Office of Plan Review and Inspection (OPRI) via email.

Reviews of a plan application may take up to 45 business days. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
