Birth to 3 Program: Reports and Initiatives

Reports

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act was signed into law on November 29, 1975. The law requires states to report certain measures as part of providing early intervention services to children with disabilities. The State Performance Plan is a 5-year plan that looks at how well the state is meeting Part C regulations. The Annual Performance Report is yearly reporting on the State Performance Plan.

Both the State Performance Plans and Annual Performance Report are posted on our website for the public to view.
