Note: Rates are age-adjusted to the 2000 U.S standard population.

The age-adjusted incidence rate for all cancer in males declined from 574.1 per 100,000 population in 1995 to 510.2 per 100,000 in 2011. The age-adjusted rate for cancer in females remained more stable, at 415.9 in 1995 and 425.6 in 2011. The rate of cancer incidence remained consistently higher in males than females.
