Medicaid and FoodShare Partner Resources
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) partners with organizations across the state. These partners help residents with applications and enrollment for the programs DHS administers. As a part of its partnerships, DHS provides:
- Handbooks and publications explaining eligibility policy and processes, and enrollment resources
- Partner calls to support agencies with policy updates and questions
- The ForwardHealth Partner inbox to answer partner questions
- Support with applications for federal funding, where available, to support partner outreach activities

The Medicaid Member Experience Council (MMEC) is recruiting
The MMEC is a group of people with experience using Medicaid. The group advises Wisconsin Medicaid on how to make it better for everyone, and it needs two new ambassadors who have Medicaid benefits right now or in the last two years, or their caregivers. We’re looking for someone living in Menominee County, and a member of a Tribal nation. | April 2026
