Grants and Contracting (GAC) Application
The Grants and Contracting (GAC) system, is a Division of Public Health
tool for conducting the contracting process between DPH and its
partners, local health departments (LHDs) and private agencies. GAC is a
secure, password-protected, web-based application that facilitates the
negotiation of programmatic objectives and tracks funding allocations.
The links below provide detailed information regarding the
consolidated contracts between DPH and local health departments. The
consolidated contract combines funding for multiple programs into a
single, cost-based reimbursement contract for each LHD.
