Accessing GAC
The GAC system, is a DPH tool for conducting the contracting process between DPH and its partners, local health departments and private agencies. The GAC System and its associated processes are owned and managed by the Division of Public Health. GAC is a secure, password-protected, web-based application that facilitates the negotiation of programmatic objectives and tracks funding allocations. All users are required to have a Wisconsin user account and be assigned appropriate access (role).
