The Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Title V block grant provides funding and support to local and Tribal health agencies and other organizations to improve the health and supporting the well-being of mothers, infants, children, and families.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to enhance existing or develop new resources that help youth and their families locate and connect to mental health resources in order to improve access for youth in Wisconsin. Youth across Wisconsin are facing rising rates of anxiety and depression and for many, finding, navigating, and connecting with mental health care services and resources is a challenge.

This project will focus on tailoring existing resource hubs to make them more youth-focused, youth friendly, and marketed toward youth.

For the purposes of this application, a resource hub refers to a central access point where resources are housed like a directory.

All funding application submissions are due on August 13, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. CDT.

Applicants will be notified of award decisions no later than September 5, 2025.
