Join One of Our Lists to Receive Email Updates

Sign up for one or more of the lists below to receive email updates regarding DHS programs and services.

You can unsubscribe from a list, one of two ways:

  1. Go to the list you are signed up for.
    1. Enter your email address and click Submit. After clicking submit, it will tell you that you are already subscribed to this list.
    2. Click on Subscriber Preferences.
    3. The current lists you are signed up for to receive emails from will be listed. There will be a checkbox to the right that says “Check to Delete.” Check the ones you want to be removed from, and then click Submit.
      1. Or, you can also click “Delete my account” to remove yourself from all lists.
  2. From any received email message from a Wisconsin Department of Health Services list.
    1. Go to the bottom of the email message and click "Manage Preferences."
    2. Enter your email address and click Submit. After clicking submit, it will tell you that you are already subscribed to this list.
    3. The current lists you are signed up for to receive emails from will be listed. There will be a checkbox to the right that says “Check to Delete.” Check the ones you want to be removed from, and then click Submit.
      1. Or, you can also click “Delete my account” to remove yourself from all lists.

You can change your email address by:

  1. From the options listed on the left, select the list you are signed up for.
  2. Enter your email address and click Submit. After clicking submit, it will you tell you that you are already signed up for this list (if you are not already signed up, you will be signed up).
  3. Click on Subscriber Preferences.
  4. Click on the tab labeled "Preferences". From this screen you can change your email address.
