The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has replaced DMS Numbered Memo 2017-CLTS-2, "Required Locally Controlled Funding Contributions to the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program," with this memo, "Program County Waiver Agency Maintenance of Effort Requirement." The new memo provides updated information about the CLTS maintenance of effort (MOE) requirement that county waiver agencies must meet.
