Emergency preparedness resources
There are many hazards that may damage a facility and threaten the health and safety of residents and staff. Being prepared helps protect everyone at a facility. These resources are collected for long-term care and assisted living facilities.
Federal emergency preparedness rule
CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) published an emergency preparedness rule. This rule applies to health care providers who participate in Medicare and Medicaid.
