The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is proud to announce the Routine Immunization Through Community Engagement (RICE) 4.0 Grant Program.
This funding opportunity seeks to empower communities to overcome barriers, promote confidence in vaccines and increase protection against vaccine preventable diseases through immunization, while reducing health disparities for pediatrics and adults.
The request for applications (RFA) and associated documents for the application are posted at the Wisconsin Public Notices website.
Applications are open from July 30, 2025–August 29, 2025 (closes 11:59 p.m. CST).
- There will be approximately 12 awardees.
- The maximum award amount is $40,000.
- Applications can focus on either pediatric or adult work, but not both.
- All previous and current RICE grantees are eligible to apply for this fourth iteration of the grant.
- A virtual question and answer session will be held on August 14, 2025, from 11 a.m.–12 p.m. (CST). Join the question and answer session.
- Submit any questions for the question and answer session to DHSDPHRICE@dhs.wisconsin.gov by August 12, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
