Community Forensics: Outpatient Competency Restoration Program

The Outpatient Competency Restoration Program offers services to adults charged with a crime adjudicated not competent to stand trial but likely to regain competency. Program participants do not require the full structure, services, and security of an inpatient setting. Program services are provided in a community setting. The level of services provided is determined on a case-by-case basis.

The Department of Health Services contracts with Behavioral Health Consultants to manage this program.
