Outpatient Competency Restoration Program
The Outpatient Competency Restoration Program offers services to adults charged with a crime adjudicated not competent to stand trial but likely to regain competency. Program participants do not require the full structure, services, and security of an inpatient setting. Services are provided in a community setting. The level of services provided is determined on a case-by-case basis.
We contract with Behavioral Consultants to manage this program.
