Grant Administration Requirements

On December 26, 2013, the Office of Management and Budget released "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards", which supersedes and streamlines OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-102, A-110, A-122, and A-133. This guidance was effective on December 26, 2014.

Grants Administration Manual is published by the federal Department of Health and Human Services.

The federal administrative requirements detail standards for administration of federal grants, which the Department has also adopted for use of state funds.
