Think Possible! Employment Webinar Series
Think Possible! is a three-part employment training series developed for support and service coordinators (SSCs) who work with the Birth to 3 Program, the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program, and the Children’s Community Options Program (CCOP). Think Possible! was developed to help SSCs support the children, youth, and parents they work with every day to develop and achieve the goal of working in the community.
Who is this training for?
Although Think Possible! was designed for service coordinators in the Birth to 3 Program, the CLTS Program, and CCOP, other professionals who work with children and youth with delays and disabilities and their families will also find the information beneficial. Families may also find the training helpful for understanding competitive integrated employment and how service professionals can help them with this important goal.
