Applications not completed within six months of submission will be closed out.
WI Administrative Code
Adult day care is categorized as follows:
- Adult Day Care Center. Care provided for part of a day, e.g., less than 24 hours, in a group facility for adults – Adult Day Care Certification Standards F-60947 (PDF)
- Family Adult Day Center. Care provided for part of a day for small groups of no more than six adults in the home of a provider – Family Adult Day Care Certification Standards F-62611 (PDF)
