How to Read an Output Table
The age-adjusted incidence rate for all cancer in males declined from 572.7 per 100,000 population in 1995 to 496.7 per 100,000 in 2016. The age-adjusted rate for cancer in females remained more stable, at 414.5 in 1995 and 432.6 in 2016. The rate of cancer incidence remained consistently higher in males than females.
