Statutorily Required Reports
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is statutorily required to create one-time, quarterly, annual, and biennial reports on behalf of the agency. DHS is required to provide these reports and information to the legislature and governor. DHS is also required by statute to post reports and information created by partners to its website.

(c) The total amounts that each eligible hospital received from health maintenance organizations under s. 49.45 (59) (b). (d) The total amount of payment increases the department made, in connection with implementation of the hospital assessment under sub. (2), for inpatient and outpatient hospital services that are reimbursed on a fee−for−service basis. |

| Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services State Plan, 2023-2024 |
(a) By December 31, 1995, the department shall prepare a state emergency medical services plan. The plan shall include an identification of priorities for changes in the state emergency medical services system for the two years following preparation of the plan. In preparing the plan, the department shall review all statutes and rules that relate to emergency medical services and recommend in the plan any changes in those statutes and rules that the department considers appropriate. After initial preparation of the plan, the department shall keep the plan current and shall reorder priorities for changes in the state emergency medical services system, based on determinations of the board. |

| Wisconsin Diabetes Action Plan Report to the State Legislature, 2024 |
(1) The department shall, in consultation with the department of employee trust funds, develop and implement a plan to reduce the incidence of diabetes in Wisconsin, improve diabetes care, and control complications associated with diabetes. The department may also consult with the department of public instruction and the department of corrections in developing a plan under this section. (2) By January 1, 2021, and biennially thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under §13.172(2) |
