Community Substance Abuse Service Standards

Wisconsin Admin. Code ch. DHS 75 is promulgated under the authority of Wis. Stats. §§ 46.973 (2) (c), 51.42 (7) (b) and 51.45 (8) and (9) to establish standards for community substance abuse prevention and treatment services under Wis. Stat. §§ 51.42 and 51.45.
