Basic Registry Training
The purpose of this recorded training is to provide a high-level understanding of the ImageTrend Patient Registry. This training includes a basic overview of software navigation, dashboard customization, account management, and data entry. It is recommended that new trauma registry staff watch this webinar prior to beginning data entry.
Introduction to the Report Writer
The purpose of this training is to provide a high-level understanding of the ImageTrend report writer application. This training will include a basic overview of existing reports, creating user-specific reports, exporting data from the application, and the tools available to assist in report building.
Documentation of Performance Improvement
The purpose of this training is to demonstrate the performance improvement module of the ImageTrend Patient Registry. The performance improvement module serves as a powerful tool to document the review of trauma cases. This tool can be utilized by all levels of case review, including the trauma medical director. Direct involvement by the trauma medical director is the ideal method to centralize review documentation. This training includes an overview of the data entry section, reports available to pull review information, attaching files to a trauma record, and direct conversation with state reviewers regarding site visits and performance improvement documentation.
