Division of Public Health Application and Reporting Tool (DART)

The DPH Application and Reporting Tool (DART) is a system managed by the Division of Public Health used for conducting the contracting process between DPH and its partners, local public health departments, and private agencies. DART is a secure, password-protected, web-based application that offers visibility into grants and contracts activity across the division.

All users are required to have a MyWisconsin ID and be assigned the appropriate DART access.

Accessing DART

If you do not have the assigned DART access, complete the following two-step process:

  1. Obtain a MyWisconsin ID account. After completing step 1, return to this page to go to step 2.
  2. Request access to DART. Requires login using your MyWisconsin ID and password.

Consolidated contract information

Local public health departments can now find consolidated contract or DART information the Fiscal and Contracting tab on the PCA Portal (login required). Learn more and request access on the Partner Communications and Alerting (PCA) Portal webpage.
