Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Library Resources List

The Bureau of Children’s Services (BCS) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has developed a library of resources for staff of the various BCS programs. The library of resources are available in Cornerstone, the learning management system used by DHS. Each BCS program has its own TAC Library in Cornerstone, along with access to a General Knowledge TAC Library.
