Training and Presentation Requests

The Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing provides free trainings and presentations to other organizations, agencies, and businesses that seek to improve their understanding of issues relating to deafness and hearing loss.

Personally identifiable information collected on this form will be used only to schedule trainings and presentations as requested. Completion of the training form is voluntary.
