The NARCAN® Direct Program provides NARCAN® at no cost to community agencies. These organizations distribute the NARCAN® they receive to people at risk for an opioid overdose and people who may witness an opioid overdose. NARCAN® is the nasal spray formulation of naloxone, a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses.
