Wisconsin Stat. § 153.05(2m)(c)

(c) By April 1, annually, the secretary of health and family services shall submit to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under Wis. Stat.§ 13.172(2), a report concerning the content and number of reports and currency of information and reports generated in the previous calendar year by the entity under contract under§ 153.05 (2m).

(d) The total amount of payment increases the department made, in connection with implementation of the hospital assessment under sub. (2), for inpatient and outpatient hospital services that are reimbursed on a fee−for−service basis.

Wisconsin Stat. § 256.08

(a) By December 31, 1995, the department shall prepare a state emergency medical services plan. The plan shall include an identification of priorities for changes in the state emergency medical services system for the two years following preparation of the plan. In preparing the plan, the department shall review all statutes and rules that relate to emergency medical services and recommend in the plan any changes in those statutes and rules that the department considers appropriate. After initial preparation of the plan, the department shall keep the plan current and shall reorder priorities for changes in the state emergency medical services system, based on determinations of the board.

Wisconsin Stat. § 256.08

(a) By December 31, 1995, the department shall prepare a state emergency medical services plan. The plan shall include an identification of priorities for changes in the state emergency medical services system for the two years following preparation of the plan. In preparing the plan, the department shall review all statutes and rules that relate to emergency medical services and recommend in the plan any changes in those statutes and rules that the department considers appropriate. After initial preparation of the plan, the department shall keep the plan current and shall reorder priorities for changes in the state emergency medical services system, based on determinations of the board.

Wisconsin Stat. § 255.085

(1)  The department shall, in consultation with the department of employee trust funds, develop and implement a plan to reduce the incidence of diabetes in Wisconsin, improve diabetes care, and control complications associated with diabetes. The department may also consult with the department of public instruction and the department of corrections in developing a plan under this section.

(2) By January 1, 2021, and biennially thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under §13.172(2)

Wisconsin Stat. § 255.085

(1)  The department shall, in consultation with the department of employee trust funds, develop and implement a plan to reduce the incidence of diabetes in Wisconsin, improve diabetes care, and control complications associated with diabetes. The department may also consult with the department of public instruction and the department of corrections in developing a plan under this section.

(2) By January 1, 2021, and biennially thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under § 13.172(2)

Wisconsin Stat. § 253.12(4)(d)

Beginning April 1, 2002, and biennially thereafter, submit to the appropriate standing committees under s. 13.172 (3) a report that details the effectiveness, utilization and progress of the registry established under sub. (3) (a) 1.
