Lead-Safe Homes Program: Online Application Form
Important: To avoid delays in processing your application please make sure the correct application is submitted. Please have your current property tax statement ready for upload.
Applications cannot be submitted through the online system without the required documents and there is no record of the application until it is submitted.
Please note you have an option to save a copy of your application after submission as the system does not automatically provide an email copy.
All applications submitted with inadequate documentation will be deemed incomplete and you will be given an opportunity to correct before it is dropped from consideration from the program.
- If you own and occupy a single-family home, you must submit the owner-occupied properties application and occupant worksheet.
- If you own a multi-family home and occupy one of the units, you must submit the owner-occupied properties application and occupant worksheet for your own unit.
- If you own a multi-family home and rent out one or more of the units, you must submit rental property application, and then an occupant worksheet portion for each unit.
- For a rental unit a valid email address must be entered for the tenant to receive a link to complete the occupant worksheet portion of the application. If you do not know your tenant's email address, you should contact them before completing this form.
