Lead-Free/Lead-Safe Registry

DHS maintains the Wisconsin Lead-Free/Lead-Safe Property Registry. Properties in the registry include both residential and child-care facilities where an inspection found the property to be entirely free of lead-based paint (Lead-Free) or free of lead-based paint hazards (Lead-Safe). Only properties inspected by a Wisconsin-certified Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor, or Hazard Investigator qualify for inclusion in the statewide registry. Click here for more information about the registry.
