Wisconsin Violent Death Reporting System: Child Violent Deaths

The dashboard on this page provides demographic information for all child (aged 0–17 years) violent deaths in Wisconsin from 2012-2022. All manners of violent death are included: suicide, homicide, unintentional firearm (victim was shot by accident), legal intervention (caused by law enforcement acting in the line of duty), and undetermined intent deaths that appear violent in nature.

You can view child violent death information by sex, race, age, and ethnicity. Information is also provided by manner of death, methods used, and circumstances involved in the death.
