County Fees for Marriage Licenses
To find out the fee for a marriage license, contact the County Clerk for the appropriate county. If you are a Wisconsin resident, contact the County Clerk for your county of residence. If you are a resident of another state but wish to get married in Wisconsin, contact the County Clerk for the county where the marriage will take place. The County Board of each county sets marriage license fees. Fees are subject to change.  Always check with the appropriate County Clerk about the current fees in a particular county.

If you are a resident of another state but wish to register a domestic partnership in Wisconsin, contact the County Clerk for the county where the domestic partnership registration will take place.
