ADRC Professionals: Enrollment Counseling Resources

ADRCs and Tribal partner agencies help people understand and choose among the long-term care programs available in their local communities. This page provides a list of webpages designed to support enrollment and disenrollment counseling. The webpages explain program eligibility, services, costs, and other information to help people compare programs and make enrollment decisions.

Not all long-term care programs are available in every area of the state. Agency staff are encouraged to carefully review and select the webpages that reflect the program options available in their service region.

There are multiple ways to share the information on these webpages with customers during enrollment and disenrollment counseling:

  • You can view the information online with your customers and share links to select publications with them via email.
  • Easily select and print the webpages for reference by customers enrollment counseling documents and program overviews for programs available through your ADRC or Tribal partner agency.
  • View or print the information in multiple other languages by using the Google Translate option. More frequently used languages are available by selecting the "Language" option in the upper right corner of the webpage. Additional language options are available through Google Translate at the foot of every webpage.

Keep in mind that enrollment and disenrollment counseling information on these webpages may be updated over time. The Office of Resource Center Development will always notify ADRC and Tribal partner agencies when changes occur.
