For agencies and direct care providers: build your direct care workforce
Eligible agencies and providers can use WisCaregiver Careers to help current and future direct care professionals build skills and earn the CDCP designation.
CDCP participants complete approximately 30 hours of free, online training and can connect with employers through WisCaregiver Connections. Eligible employers can use the workforce platform to post jobs and connect with job seekers.
