Description
The purpose of this memo is to communicate information about the addition of incentive funds earned for the Estate Recovery Program for counties within the Consortium under the Income Maintenance (IM) contract between the Department of Health Services (DHS) and Consortia for the period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
