National Core Indicators Surveys in Wisconsin
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) participates in the National Core Indicators (NCI) project. NCI surveys collect information that helps us understand the experiences of people who receive long-term care services and supports, their families, and the direct care workforce.
The information collected through these surveys helps DHS understand what is working well and identify opportunities to improve services and supports in Wisconsin.
This is part of a nationwide project called National Core Indicators.
