WisTech: Information and Communication Technology
Information and communications technology (ICT) refers to the practice of creating and sharing information in a manner that is accessible for everyone. This includes print materials, websites, emails, and all aspects of hosting events or trainings. Individuals with disabilities and users of assistive technology should have the ability to access information and resources without barriers.
WisTech, Wisconsin's Assistive Technology Act Program, is available to provide information, training, and technical assistance on creating and distributing accessible information for organizations, content developers, event planners, procurement staff, or anyone interested in creating more accessibility in the work they do.
