- Vendors must sell locally grown produce that they have grown.
- The produce grown must be among the WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program eligible foods.
- Vendors must participate in one or more WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program approved farmers' markets or roadside stand.
- Vendors must participate in a face-to-face training.
