Vision statements

  • Mental health and substance use peers of all ages and cultures in Wisconsin are thriving under the principles of recovery in all aspects of life.
  • Mental health and substance use services throughout the state incorporate recovery-focused principles such that all peers can move into recovery.

In partnership with the Division of Care and Treatment Services, we seek to transform Wisconsin's mental health and substance use services to embody hope, dignity and empowerment throughout the lifespan.
