Children's Long-Term Support Waiver Program —What Services are Available?

There are a broad range of services offered through the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program to meet the needs and goals of your child and your family. These services may help your child perform activities of daily living, participate in home and community activities, control their environment, and have enriched surroundings.
