Foster Care Medicaid Enhancements

The purpose of this memo is to announce a data exchange between the electronic Wisconsin Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (eWiSACWIS) and CARES Worker Web (CWW). This data exchange enables notices of decision regarding Foster Care Medicaid to be automatically generated from CWW. It also announces changes to how members may transition from Foster Care Medicaid to other types of Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus, including transitions for young adults leaving Foster Care who are eligible for BadgerCare Plus under the Former Foster Care Youth coverage group.
